Q:At what age can you hunt?
A:You can get your first hunting license at age 12 but you have to complete a hunter safety course before obtaining a license. If you are 16 or over and you have not completed the course you can just go out and buy a general youth hunting license.

Questions I have been asked by non-hunters in my school.

Q:What types of weapons do you use?

A:I use a Beretta A391 Semi-auto 12 gauge. A Tika T3 25-06 rifle with a Burris 6x-24x-50mm scope. Smith & Wesson M&P45 Pistol. Hoyt Katera with a microelite 5 pin sight with alpha shox and a triflex stabilizers. A ruger 10-22 with a tasco laser dot scope and a folding rubber molded stock with two 25 rounds hotlips banana clips. and other random shotguns and rifles.



Q:What types of animals do you hunt?

A:I love to whitetail and muledeer hunt and i also hunt ducks and both canadian and snow geese, pheasants, grouse, prairie dog, black bear, fox, coyote, swan, elk and i am planning a trip soon to go hunt caribou.



Q:What is a decoy?

A:A decoy is any kind of fake replica of a certain type of game you are trying to hunt to try to trick the animal into thinking it is another one of them and lure them closer for a shot.



Q:What is the biggest animal you have killed?

A:I would have to say it was an elk i shot in the hills but the black bear i have taken was not the smallest thing ever either.



Q:At what times can you hunt?

A: It varys between animals for pheasants its from 10am to sundown. But for like deer and duck and geese its one-half hour before sunrise to sunset.
